Associations around the U.S. and world are helping ensure our nations’ health and wellbeing throughout COVID-19. To recognize the industry’s collective efforts, in the July episode of the Stronger by Association podcast, ASAE public policy spoke with three association leaders whose members – pharmacists, hospitals, and yoga teachers – are working diligently to improve every day and long-term wellness.

VP of Public Policy Mary Kate Cunningham speaks with Steve Anderson, President and CEO of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, Rick Pollack, President and CEO of the American Hospital Association, and Shannon Roche, President and CEO of Yoga Alliance about their members’ work to keep people well during the pandemic.

Launched in celebration of our Centennial and 10 years of the Power of A, the podcast showcases how America’s and the world’s pressing problems are being solved through the association community’s power of partnership. The podcast includes guests from within and outside of our community who have been positively impacted by associations’ work.

In addition to listening, we encourage you to share the episode link with your circles of influence, so others can learn more about our passionate and dedicated community. It’s important that others outside of the association industry hear our great stories. We also would appreciate you letting us know if you have any questions or suggestions for the podcast.  If so, please email publicpolicy@asaecenter.org.
