ASAE has announced the winners of the 2015 Power of A Awards, our annual recognition of associations that make exemplary commitments to creating a stronger America and world.

ASAE’s Power of A Awards highlight the association community’s valuable contributions to society on the local, national and global level. They honor the outstanding accomplishments of associations and industry professionals in the areas of enriching lives, creating a competitive workforce, preparing society for the future, driving innovation and making a better world.

This year, we received a record number of entries, with a total of 61 programs receiving gold and silver honors.  And from among the gold winners, six elite Summit Award winners were selected.

The six Summit Award winners are the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (Future Engineers 3D Space Challenges); Edison Electric Institute (Center for Energy Workforce Development); Emergency Nurses Association (Ebola Crisis Response); Military Officers Association of America (Military Caregiver Assistance Program); National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (We Honor Veterans); and the Tulsa Regional Chamber (Tulsa Regional OneVoice Legislative Agenda).

The winners will be formally recognized at the 16th Annual Summit Awards Dinner Sept. 30 at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.  We hope to see you there!

Thank you to all who entered, and congratulations to all the winners. For more information, please contact Mary Kate Cunningham at mcunningham@asaecenter.org.
