Wisconsin Housing Alliance

The Wisconsin Housing Alliance is the trade association that represents the factory-built housing industry in Wisconsin. We provide training for our members to:
• help the manufacturers design and build green, energy efficient and cost effective housing.
• train home installation crews to install homes that will perform up to standards for many years.
• train rental community owners on complying with federal fair housing laws and state regulations on leasing.
• provide financial assistance to low income families that need critical home repairs.
These items are just a sampling of what we do on a daily basis that helps the economy. Fixing the housing problems in this country will most definitely help the economy more than any other stimulus. Our Foundation funding assistance has become a life-line for low income families that would fall through the cracks of all other assistance programs. It actually prevents homelessness.
